Thank you for choosing Paw Street for your pet's boarding, daycare, and related care needs. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your pet's first visit.


1. Admission Requirements

To ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care, the following requirements must be met before your pet is admitted:

  • All dogs and cats must be up to date on vaccinations as required by MOCCAE, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and Leptospirosis for dogs, and Rabies and FVRCP for cats.

  • Official vaccination records from a licensed UAE veterinarian must be provided prior to the first visit and must have been administered at least 3 days before the service date.

  • Pets must be free from contagious illness, open wounds, or any condition that could pose a risk to other animals or our staff.

  • Female pets must be spayed or must not be in heat at the time of their visit.

  • Paw Street reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet at check-in if it appears ill, injured, in pain, or if its behaviour poses a risk to the health or safety of other pets or staff.

  • If your pet has a pre-existing medical condition or is on any medication, you must inform our team at the time of booking so that we may assess suitability and make appropriate arrangements.

2. Emergency Contact

You are required to provide the name and contact number of an adult emergency contact (aged 18 or over) who is not travelling with you if you are away. This person must have authority to make decisions on your behalf regarding your pet's care, health, and associated costs.


If we are unable to reach you, we will contact your designated emergency contact. By naming this person, you confirm that they have your full authority to make any decisions, including those involving veterinary treatment and expenditure of funds, on your behalf and on behalf of your pet.


3. Veterinary Emergencies

In the event your pet becomes unwell or is injured during their stay, Paw Street will act as follows:

  • For non-emergency situations where you cannot be reached, our staff will follow any written or verbal care instructions you have provided, up to the spending limit you have authorised in AED. If no limit is provided, a default cap of AED 1,000 will apply.

  • In cases deemed serious or life-threatening by our team, we will transport your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately and attempt to contact you as soon as possible.

  • All veterinary costs incurred on your pet's behalf remain your sole responsibility.


4. Liability

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Paw Street and its employees are not liable for any injury your pet sustains as a result of interaction with another pet during their stay. By using our services, you accept that socialisation carries inherent risks even among vaccinated animals.

  • If your pet injures another animal while in our care, you will be solely responsible for all veterinary costs incurred for both the injured pet and your own pet.

  • It is understood that pets may become ill even when properly vaccinated. You assume full responsibility for all costs arising from such illness.

  • If your pet damages any property belonging to Paw Street during their stay, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

  • Paw Street's liability in all circumstances is limited to the direct cost of the service booked. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.


5. Bookings and Payments

The following terms apply to all bookings and payments:

  • All service fees are quoted and payable in AED at the rates confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of check-out unless a prior arrangement has been agreed in writing.

  • Paw Street reserves the right to retain custody of your pet at your ongoing expense if payment is not settled in full at check-out.

  • Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.

  • For extended boarding stays of 7 nights or more, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.


6. Daycare Services

The following conditions apply specifically to our daycare service:

  • Dogs participating in group daycare will be assessed for suitability at their first visit. Paw Street reserves the right to place a dog in individual care or to decline future daycare bookings if the dog's temperament or behaviour is assessed as unsuitable for a group environment.

  • During daycare, your pet may interact and play with other dogs. While we take all reasonable precautions, minor injuries, infectious diseases, or dog bites can occur even among vaccinated and supervised dogs.

  • Your pet may be separated from the group and placed in individual boarding at any point during the day for breaks, rest periods, or during check-in and check-out times.


7. Boarding Services

The following conditions apply to overnight boarding:

  • Check-in and check-out times are as communicated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for late check-outs.

  • Boarding charges commence from the date and time of drop-off and continue until collection, regardless of the time of day.

  • Paw Street will provide suitable accommodation, feeding according to the schedule and diet provided by you, and appropriate exercise and supervision throughout the boarding period.

  • We recommend bringing your pet's regular food to avoid digestive upset. If food is not provided, we will supply a standard diet at an additional charge.


8. Personal Items

We advise the following regarding personal belongings brought with your pet:

  • Do not bring items of sentimental or high monetary value. Paw Street is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or toys left with your pet.

  • All medications must be supplied in clearly labelled containers showing the pet's name, medication name, dosage, and veterinarian details. We will not administer unlabelled medications.

  • Supplements not prescribed by a veterinarian will only be administered with your explicit written consent, and you assume full responsibility for their use.


9. Uncollected or Abandoned Pets

If your pet is not collected by the agreed departure date and time:

  • Paw Street will attempt to contact you and your emergency contact to arrange collection.

  • Continued care will be provided at your expense until the pet is collected.

  • If a pet is deemed abandoned under applicable UAE federal or Dubai local laws, Paw Street will issue written notice. If the pet is not collected within a reasonable period following notice, we reserve the right to transfer the pet to a licensed animal welfare organisation or rescue partner.

  • You understand that failure to collect your pet may result in the permanent loss of ownership rights under UAE law.

  • All unpaid charges, including any legal or recovery costs, remain your sole responsibility.


10. Health and Behaviour

Paw Street is committed to providing a safe environment for all animals in our care. We reserve the right to:

  • Seek immediate veterinary attention for any pet showing signs of illness or distress, at the owner's expense.

  • Isolate any pet displaying aggressive behaviour toward other animals or staff.

  • Refuse or discontinue service for any pet whose health or behaviour presents an unacceptable risk, without obligation to provide a refund for unused days.


11. Photography and Media

Paw Street may take photographs and video footage of your pet during their stay. These images may be used for internal records, social media, and marketing materials in print or digital form. By using our services, you consent to this use. You may withdraw consent in writing at any time by contacting info@pawstreet.ae. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how media is handled.


12. Amendments to These Terms

Paw Street reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at www.pawstreet.ae and communicated to existing clients via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be referred to the Dubai Courts or the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), at Paw Street's discretion.


14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Paw Street and the client. They supersede all prior oral or written understandings. No variation to these terms shall be effective unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Paw Street.
